Well done to the brave souls who stood in the conductors shoes last Saturday with the GPO – you all did fantastically. Thanks to those who went to support and help provide an orchestra!

Join us in a concert at Appleby Public Hall, playing the wonderful Kalinnikov Symphony No. 1 in G Minor.

Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Seaton Delaval Hall for a afternoon performance to the public. We will be playing English Baroque music to suit the surroundings, final programme to be confirmed.
Cobweb Orchestra standard concert dress will apply; black bottoms, white shirt/blouse and waistcoat and/or neckwear.
Please don’t forget a music stand (and some pegs!)

Cobweb Underground Orchestra
Sunday 2nd August
Cleveland Ironstone Museum, Deepdale, Cleveland, TS13 4AP
If you heard about the York Bunker concert and wanted to participate but couldn’t – you now have another opprotunity to play as part of our Underground Orchestra series. This time we are at the Cleveland Ironstone Museum on Sunday 2nd August.
We anticipate there will be 2 rehearsals in advance of the performance on 20th and 27th July at St. Aidan’s Church where the Billingham group rehearse regularly. There will also be a rehearsal on the day at the venue with the concert taking place in the afternoon. Timings are not set completely yet so we are asking people to simply register their interest using the attached form. More specific information about repertoire and dress will be given to those who sign up.
Tickets are available for the concerts and coast £5.50. To obtain tickets please call, 01287 642877.
