Pay What You Think its Worth

Join Andy Jackson and the latest batch of budding conductors and become a part of the Guinea Pig Orchestra, allowing yourself to be tried and tested on! **We could particularly do with some more upper string players**

Our 5 brave conductors need a supportive orchestra to practice with so please do come along for a really relaxed play through of pieces from the Cobweb Library. Repertoire to include: Elgar – Wand of Youth (March) and Kirby – Sunrise from Northumbrian Sketchbook, Mendelssonhn – Hebrides, Verdi – Overture to Nabucco and Holst – 1st Suite in Eb.

We’ll enjoy a shared lunch on this day too, so please feel free to contribute. This event will be a Pay What you Think It’s Worth event, so bring along your loose change/notes and pay at the end based on how much you enjoyed the day.

Don’t forget a music stand,  and please do reply to this email to let me know you’re coming along!
