We are particularly looking forward to experiment with those who signed up for the Guinea Pig Orchestra tomorrow in a first rehearsal (of sorts) back.

After such a brilliantly successful concert last month, we have decided to run another concert on Saturday 5th September at 7pm.
The line up of performers includes some duets of people living in the same household – so don’t miss it!
As ever, we’d love to see as many of you as possible there as audience members. Your support last time was fantastic, and I think we can do even better! Please use the enrolment form here to select ‘audience’ and you’ll receive an invite to a Zoom meeting the day before the concert.
If anyone has any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
If you are enjoying participating in Cobweb Orchestra activity and would like us to keep providing opportunities to get involved while current lockdown restrictions apply, you might like to support the orchestra by making a donation (which can be gift aided if applicable). To do so, simply make a BACS payment using the following details: A/c: 65560297 Sort Code: 08-92-99 Reference: “PARTY3/your surname”.
If required, please send a cheque addressed to The Cobweb Orchestra to 5 Valeside, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 9LA.
Update on the Free Music Catalogue: A message from Barbara and Graham
Mini scores for quartets, quintets, sextets, octets and a dectet available. During the lockdown 178 items have been distributed to musicians all over the country – not just Cobweb members. If you are interested in viewing the catalogue please contact me: grahamjarritt@hotmail.com
I will then send you all relevant details to create an account and password to browse the catalogue and decide if you want anything.
All items are free, but at the moment the easiest way of distributing items has been by post, which means we have to ask for post and packing costs. To keep a record of the project we ask all participants to take a photo of themselves holding one piece music. Assuming you will be delighted with what you receive,
you can if you wish make a donation to Cobweb or a charity suggested by the library the music has come from.
