Cobweb News 9 – 2013

Dear All,
As I write this the sun is shining, it’s warm(ish), the snowdrops are out and the daffodils are not too far behind. Has spring sprung?
We had a fantastic day on Sunday at our final (for the moment) Rite of Spring study day in Appleby. For a few it was their first time, for many it was their 2nd or 3rd time and for a small handful of people it was their 4th time of playing this great work. The progression we’ve made through each day has been amazing. Who’d have ever thought The Cobweb Orchestra could tackle this piece! Well done everyone who attended 1, 2, 3 or 4 study days.
