Our study days usually end with a ‘play through’ of a particular piece of music. These are free and open to anyone who would like to come and listen. Information can be found in the Events Diary.

The Cobweb Orchestra also has off-shoot groups who give a variety of performances at various venues.

The audience can picnic in the grounds whilst listening to the orchestra playing in a giant marquee. Come rain or shine, we’ll perform a set of music largely from Europe, featuring composers such as Bizet, Rossini, Verdi, Chabrier, Delibes, and Edith Piaf.

Parking: Please note that this can be tricky nearby, and you may wish to use public transport.

This is a free event for those in the audience. There will be a ‘bucket collection’, and you will be invited to pay what you think it’s worth. You don’t need a ticket as there will be no pre-sales. Just turn up early for a good place for your picnic blanket!
