The Cobweb Orchestra Auction

April 28th, this coming Saturday, is The Auction. It’s going to be held in The Winter Gardens of Queen Elizabeth High School, Hexham, from 12 noon to 4pm. It’s one of our first fundraising efforts, but it’s not entirely new ideas. We’re going to play (as usual), eat (as usual) and talk (as usual). What is a bit different will be watching Mike in a new role as an auctioneer! and he doesn’t want to do that to an empty hall.
Please bring yourself along with:-
your instrument to play
your music stand (music will be provided as always)
some food to share (VERY IMPORTANT!)
a friend to listen and buy

Caroline would like to know what food is coming so please let her know on
Details of the items for sale are on the Cobwebs Charity Auction Blog at
If you have any questions, get in touch with Caroline on the email given above.
Tickets cost just £5; there will be a bar, as well as the food, music and the Auction itself.
Cobwebs really is our Orchestra now, so please support it by coming to The Auction, bringing some food to share, inviting a friend and buying a lot (in both senses!) at The Auction.
