Like all of the Cobweb groups, the Billingham Group is a friendly bunch, welcoming players regardless of age or instrument. No audition is necessary and a range of music caters for different ability levels. The final session of 2023 included a concert with music “From Beethoven to Broadway”.
The Billingham group appeared briefly in a short BBC Clip in 2016 to advertise how to ‘get playing’ in a ‘virtual orchestra’. Go to 00:36 to see if there’s anyone you recognise!
