Message from Samuel Baines, Cobweb Orchestra Treasurer

We are currently aware of an issue affecting anyone banking personally with The CoOp Bank.

When attempting to make BACS payments, an error as seen in the screenshot is displayed preventing the inclusion of a payment reference to accompany your payment.

If you also bank with The CoOp is is likely that you will encounter a similar error when attempting to make payments for your subs or membership fees. Please can you send an email to finance@cobweborchestra.org.uk detailing the amount and reason for your payment, so that it can be correctly identified.

Hopefully CoOp Bank will resolve this problem soon, but in the meantime we appreciate your patience in assisting us with this inconvenience.
